Losing Control is on Twitter
The purpose of the Losing Control Twitter account is to feature the great work, ideas, and people from the network and to share updates.
If you want to share anything on twitter or if you would like to participate in a Losing Control Twitter “take over” where you get control of the account, let us know.
[NEW!] Join the Losing Control Google Email Group
Google group is a communications platform, similar to a mailing list, where network members who have joined the group can easily share information, ask for help, and connect with each other.

Losing Control Network Events
Teach Me: “Getting Agreement to Get Things Done – Decision-Making in Action”
Monday September 23, 10:15 – 4:00, Oxford
Back by demand, this Losing Control Teach Me session hosted by Pete Burden with help from Agile Collective, the Transition Network, and Outlandish, will introduce and focus on the method of ‘consent’ – as used in Sociocracy and Holacracy amongst others. Participants will practice the steps, and also explore the emotional conditions for making this work in real-life situations.

Art of Hosting and Community Organising Training
October 22 – 24, 2019, London
This three day interactive training hosted by Community CoLab and The Social Change Agency is for anyone interested in exploring and practising new ways of creating highly participatory environments to allow meaningful conversations to flourish. Over the three days, we will explore:
– How to initiate, design, host and harvest: meetings of any size, gatherings, and organisations that are more participatory, inspiring, and creative.
– How to improve the quality of conversations by improving the quality of our questions and our ability to listen beyond the words and build stronger relationships
– Models for understanding how to work with complexity, emergence, reflection and self-organisation … and more!
