Ian Borges, SEMCO Style Institute hosted a session at Losing Control 2019 titled “Organising Wisely Around Humans Instead of Smartly Around Structures and Procedures” where he shared learnings around how SEMCO introduced it’s participatory culture. In addition how SEMCO Partners’ grew due to industrial democracy involving workers making decisions and having the final say over all big decisions.
