LOSING CONTROL NETWORK EVENTS

The Losing Control Network Events are hosted by members from within the network itself.

There are five different types of network events:

Losing Control Open House webinars
  • The Open House is a monthly online session to connect, share, learn and dream with each other – hosted and run by those from across the Losing Control Network.
  • Get in touch now if you would like to propose an Open House theme or host a breakout session
Losing Control Action Learning Sets (ALS)
  • ALS are a powerful process where a diverse group of practitioners come together and through reflection, listening and questioning, members work through issues, share ideas and challenge each other in a supportive environment.
  • Losing Control are currently running two ALS. Would you like to join a Losing Control Action Learning Set? Get in touch!
Losing Control Safari

Safaris are:

  • Visits to organisations, movements, or networks (“the host”) that are really getting to grips with what Losing Control means for them.
  • It is hosted around an issue or “learn with me” challenge that the host(s) are grappling with. Nothing quite beats helping others to learn yourself either.
  • Safaris may include guided tours, meeting key stakeholders, interactive workshops, discussions over meals, and more!
Losing Control “Teach Me” Sessions

Teach Me sessions are workshops across the country focussing on:

  • Sharing specific skills and insights from hosts who have actually applied these before and know what they’re talking about.
  • Cutting edge technology, co-budgeting, facilitation skills, communications, movement building, power dynamics, group dynamics, culture and more!
Losing Control Original Events
  • From Losing Control in Funding and Commissioning to Losing Control in governance, to Losing Control in specific geographical areas, ie, Losing Control in the South East. Losing Control organises and hosts events based on feedback, needs or opportunities identified by the network
  • Get in touch now if you would like to propose an original Losing Control event
The Losing Control Annual Conference

The Losing Control annual conference brings together individuals from across sectors who have been at the forefront of accelerating social change.
